As police approached the Burger King, they said they heard two shots and saw Smith on top of the victim.Police said Smith and the client first got into a fight over the intercom speaker. Moments later, Smith allegedly walked out the back door of the Burger King as the customer got out of his vehicle and the two began to physically fight.

As they fought, Smith grabbed his gun and fired twice, shooting the victim, police said. They were taken to the hospital and are expected to be fine.One of the rounds struck Smith’s hand, authorities said.
