Authorities say that when the school bus arrived, all of the students were accounted for and boarded the bus before the incident was reported to school personnel. A community engagement officer also came to the children’s school approximately 30 minutes after the attempted abduction incident was reported.

“Throughout the investigation, detectives identified Alemania as the suspect,” the Montgomery County Police Department said. “He was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit.
