UTAH: Just hours after the tragic death of her husband, who was killed when one of their sons accidentally ran him over with his truck, she found out she was pregnant. The boy got into the family’s truck, pulled out a faulty gear shifter, and punched his father, 23-year-old Jonathan Rodriguez, and his grandmother, Sonia. Jonathan Rodriguez’s wife Daisy Rodriguez discovers she’s pregnant hours after his death in tragic accident.

The incident occurred at her home in Santaquin on Saturday, May 6. According to police, the father of two was pronounced dead at the scene. Sonia was airlifted to a medical center where she is currently receiving treatment for serious injuries and is awaiting multiple surgeries. One day after her death, her wife was also rushed to hospital where she was discovered pregnant with her third child, the Daily Mail reported.

Jonathan Rodriguez’s wife Daisy Rodriguez discovers she’s pregnant

Describing the miracle as the deceased’s “final gift” to his pregnant wife. The couple did not know that they were expecting another child, as they found out the news only after the tragic death. They shared two children, ages five and three. On a GoFundMe page set up by his sister-in-law Sara Munoz, she described him as someone who “loved his wife tremendously,” saying: “Together they raised two little boys who loved their father. He was their role model and best friend. Jonathan loved his family and always put them first before anything else.”

On the GoFundMe page she organized to cover the family’s expenses and funeral costs, Sara wrote: “On May 6, 2023, a devastating accident occurred at my sister Daisy Rodriguez’s home. My sister along with her husband and his family were doing work in their backyard when the tragedy occurred. While he was working in the yard, a truck that was parked next to the house rolled into the yard.

“My sister’s husband, Jonathan Rodríguez, together with her mother, Sonia Rodríguez, tried to prevent the vehicle from rolling down the patio that is on a slope. But unfortunately, their efforts cost them being crushed by the truck. Paramedics arrived and attempted to revive Jonathan, but he was pronounced dead at the scene,” she continued.

“My sister went into the ER last night due to some complications. After running some tests, she was told she was currently pregnant. Jonathan’s latest gift for his sister and they didn’t even know it,” Sara wrote in a GoFundMe update. on May 7.Read More……
