A wellness check was requested last weekend at Spring Valley Apartments on Thompson Bridge Road in Gainesville, Georgia. There, police officers found 32-year-old Casey Allen stabbed multiple times. Her sister, Tiffany Agee, received a phone call from Allen’s ex-husband, a father of three who had just lost her mother. “He said, ‘Casey’s dead,'” the sister, beside herself, told Atlanta-based NBC affiliate WXIA. “And I just, I dropped my phone and I started screaming, and I just curled up in a fetal position… And I kept screaming. ‘No no no no.'”

Allen had just given birth to her fourth child in December 2022. Agee said her sister and her new husband seemed happy and doing well. “I was happier that he had seen her in so, so long,” Agee told the television station. “She kept saying what a great father he (Snow) is and what a great stepdad he is to his three other children. I never expected it to be this way. “He really brought out a lot of happiness in her.”

But there was supposedly a crack in the surface, the dead woman’s sister admitted. Earlier in their relationship, Snow had allegedly had physical contact with Allen, Agee told WXIA. However, the details of that alleged physicality were not broadcast. “She really was the best mom,” Agee added, her voice cracking. “She would do anything for hers children of hers.” Now a 9-year-old, a 7-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 3½-month-old are forever without her mother.

The children’s uncle started a GoFundMe to help the family pay for funeral expenses. “Three of the children now live full-time with her father, while the baby lives with Casey’s former in-laws,” the fundraiser reads. “We appreciate all the love and support and want to give these kids the best we can.”

Amber Wilson had been Allen’s best friend since she was 12 years old when the ex-wife moved to Georgia from New York. “It’s such a terrible thing to have happened to such a good person,” Wilson told the television station. “We always talked and wanted to have our own families when we were older.” And a motive, at least for now, remains elusive.

Police have not offered many details about the tragic murder. Snow was arrested after being involved in a “serious accident” on I-85 in Gwinnett County, the GPD said. The defendant remains in the hospital as of this writing. The GPD confirmed that the police did not pursue Snow before the accident, WXIA reported.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with Casey’s family and her children,” Gainesville Police Chief Jay Parrish said in a statement on Facebook. “Unfortunately, several families have been affected by this horrible event. As an agency, we will continue to support families, even long after the investigation is complete.”

Allen’s mother, Alicia Claire, mourned the loss. “Parents are not supposed to bury their children. It’s just not right,” she told WXIA. “She was the light in the lives of everyone she touched. A lot of people will miss her.”Read More…..
