The Northern Ireland Police Service confirmed that officers arrested a 26-year-old man in the Lurgan area of County Armagh this afternoon. Chief Inspector Arnie O’Neill said: “We are increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of 21-year-old Chloe.”

“We now know that Chloe was last seen in the late hours of June 2 to the early hours of June 3 in Ballymena town centre. CCTV saw her walking in the direction of James Street. “Chloe was wearing a green and black North Face style jacket, a white t-shirt, leggings and Nike sneakers.” The PSNI have urged anyone with information on Chloe’s whereabouts to contact the force.
