Dillon Danis born on August 22, 1993. Dillon Danis is an American mixed martial artist who competes in Bellator MMA’s welterweight division. He made his mixed martial arts debut at Bellator 198 against Kyle Walker and won with a toe in the first round. He then faced Max Humphreys at Bellator 222 and won via armbar in the first round.

He was involved in a melee at UFC 229 after Khabib Nurmagomedov proceeded to throw his mouthpiece at him and then scaled the cage and appeared to jump at him. He responded by throwing punches at Nurmagomedov before an all-out brawl ensued. He was subsequently fined $7,500 and suspended for 7 months after the incident. He was scheduled to face English YouTuber KSI in an exhibition boxing match on MF & DAZN: X Series 004, but pulled out. He is scheduled to face American YouTuber Logan Paul in an exhibition boxing match on MF & DAZN: X Series.

Early Life

Dillon Danis born to a Honduran mother and an Armenian father, raised in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, Danis attended Parsippany Hills High School and began wrestling there as a freshman, despite the fact that he “couldn’t do a single job.” flexion”.  He began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 15 after being involved in a fight at school. Career

In 2016, Danis rose to prominence in the mixed martial arts community when he was asked to join UFC fighter Conor McGregor’s training camp as a trainer and sparring partner ahead of his rematch against Nate Diaz at UFC 202. She would go on to work with Conor, helping him prepare for the Khabib Nurmagomedov fight. Due to the image of her in the media prior to the fight with Díaz, Marcelo García separated Danis from his school.

In 2018, Danis was scheduled to make his MMA debut at Bellator 198 against Kyle Walker. He won via toe hold in the first round of the fight. Danis’ next fight was against Max Humphreys at Bellator 222 at a catch weight of 175 pounds. Danis won the fight via armbar in the first round. Danis confirmed in 2023 that he has two fights left on his Bellator contract and intends to complete both in 2023, along with at least one more fight afterward.

On November 18, 2022, Danis appeared at the MF & DAZN: X Series 003 press conference, where he faced off against British YouTuber KSI. During the November 19 broadcast, it was announced that Danis would face KSI in an exhibition match on January 14, 2023 at Wembley Arena in London, England, as the headliner of MF & DAZN: X Series 004. However, Danis dropped out on January 4 with Mams Taylor, promoter and matchmaker for Misfits Boxing, stating the reason is “he’s not ready, he doesn’t have a trainer, he might be struggling with the weight.”  Danis was replaced. by Brazilian YouTuber FaZe Temperrr.

On May 9, 2015, Danis fought UFC veteran Joe Lauzon at Metamoris 6. Danis won via a D’arce choke. On October 29, 2016, Danis fought in Polaris Pro Grappling 4 against Jackson Sousa. Danis won via inside heel hook. He also participated in the Polaris 5 at catch weight (-78 kg) where he lost a judges’ decision to Garry Tonon. Danis also commented that he will be participating in an upcoming ADCC event on Ariel Helwani’s podcast.
