February 9 – Waters’ mother receives a call from “Chad” telling her that Waters and Marshall left Coleton alone with him and asking her to find the baby. She arrives and then calls Waters’s sister to watch the boy. When asked why the baby was left alone, Waters tells her sister it’s because Oaklee hurt her head bouncing a ball and needed emergency care. The sister saw Waters and Marshall return to the house as she was leaving.
