Despite being accused of repeatedly having sex with a 14-year-old boy, a Sydney heiress and lifestyle expert has been released on bail and given further allowances over the Christmas period. Savannah Daisley is accused of having unlawful sex with the teen four times in one day in May of last year.

Police said that before she allegedly had sex with the boy, the 45-year-old woman told him that she felt a certain way and gave him wine. She allegedly ordered the 14-year-old to keep quiet about the relationship afterwards and she claimed it was an isolated incident, according to police.

Police said that after legally listening to the conversation with the teenager, Daisley admitted to some of the crimes that were tapped in a phone call as reported by News AU.

It is also reported that the content of the call will be used in court during the trial. The successful business owner was apparently quite drunk when the crimes were committed, according to testimony given in court. Although no formal depositions have been filed, her attorneys have said he will fight all four counts of aggravated sexual contact with a child.

A requirement of his bail is that he live with her parents in a posh region of the Southern Highlands. Daisley was previously allowed by the court to meet the children, but only under supervision.

At Sydney Downing Center Local Court, the heiress was given even more generous bail conditions. Although she is confined to the house by a daily curfew of 10 p.m. m. to 6 a.m. m., Daisley will now be allowed out on her own during the day.

According to court documents, Daisley must report to police twice a week and take a drug and alcohol test to make sure she is not violating the terms of her bail. She cannot speak to the alleged victim or any witnesses and she is prohibited from being around children unless they are being watched.
