Tara Reade Wiki – Tara Reade Biography

Former Senate staffer Tara Reade, who has accused President Biden of sexual assault, proclaimed Tuesday that she feels at home in Russia after fleeing the United States.

The baffling announcement was part of an hour-long interview Reade did with Russian state media alongside alleged Russian spy and friend Maria Butina as she criticized the West and praised how accommodating the Kremlin has been towards her. “I’m still a bit groggy, but I feel great,” she said, according to Sputnik News. “I feel very surrounded by protection and security. And I really appreciate Maria and everyone who has been giving me that at a time when it’s been really hard to know if I’m safe or not.”

Tara Reade was sexually assaulted by Biden

After Biden launched his 2020 presidential campaign, Reade accused the Democrat of sexual misconduct since he worked for his Senate office in the early 1990s. Biden, 80, has denied the allegations. Reade has a public record defending President Vladimir Putin and stressed Tuesday that she does not view Russia as an enemy.

During the Sputnik interview, she instead criticized US officials and claimed that she received threats because of her allegations against Biden while being ignored by other prominent Democrats and advocacy groups. She said it was “very difficult” to move to Russia, but she did not want to “go into a cage or die”, according to Sputnik. “I felt safe, heard and respected,” she said of getting off the plane in Russia.

During the interview, Reade asked Putin to grant him her citizenship, though she will also retain her US citizenship. She claimed that Russia is providing a “safe haven” for other US and European citizens. “And luckily, the Kremlin is accommodating,” she said. “So we’re lucky.” Reade also touched on other issues, such as inflation, military spending, and other everyday concerns of Americans.
