A 32-year-old man in Tennessee was arrested this week after he allegedly invited a woman into his home to play Nintendo, only to tie her up, gag her and violently rape her. William Hall Judice was arrested Sunday and charged with three counts of aggravated rape resulting in bodily harm, court records reviewed by Law&Crime show.

Judice had been on the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department’s weekly “most wanted” list multiple times since the alleged sexual assault in February, reaching the top spot multiple times. The MNPD Criminal Warrants Division began posting the weekly list on Facebook every Wednesday beginning in October 2022. The alleged sexual assault took place on the night of February 14, 2023, Valentine’s Day.

William Hall Judice violently raped a woman

According to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Nashville NBC affiliate WSMV, Judice and the victim, whose name authorities have not released, began conversing online for just a few minutes when the victim agreed to meet Judice at her apartment. from West Nashville so the two could play Nintendo. Judice and the victim had never met in person before that night.

Shortly after the victim arrived at his apartment, the victim told police that Judice began to discuss his “sexual interests.” He then allegedly invited the victim into his room. “(The victim) was under the impression that they were going to play Nintendo, since he was in the bedroom and had been mentioned in the messages,” the affidavit reported.

However, when the victim entered the bedroom, Judice allegedly attacked her, climbed on top of the woman, then used rope to bind her arms and legs, WSMV reported. He also allegedly gagged the victim. The victim reportedly told police that as she struggled to free herself from her restraints, Judice threatened her and told her, “Don’t make me squeeze this.” Judice then “violently raped” the victim while she repeatedly told him to “shut up,” police reportedly wrote.

After the alleged sexual assault, the victim sustained multiple injuries and called an Uber to transport her to the hospital, Nashville NBC affiliate WKRN reported. Police say medical personnel reported that the victim suffered three internal lacerations and had to undergo immediate emergency surgery. Due to the severity of her injuries, the victim reportedly had to stay in the hospital for several days. Police reportedly found blood on the clothes the victim was wearing when she was admitted to the hospital.

According to WKRN, Judice told investigators the sex “was consensual” and she filed her own police report, though it’s unclear what she was reporting. MNPD did not immediately respond to an email from Law&Crime seeking clarification. Judice is currently being held at the Metro-Davidson County Detention Center on $225,000 bond.
