Adriana Davidson a 15-year-old girl last seen at her Michigan high school has been missing for days, according to relatives and local authorities. Adriana Davidson was last seen by friends at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 27, outside Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor, according to the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office. She did not come home from school and concerned family members reported her missing shortly after midnight, the sheriff’s office said.

Video from an Ann Arbor public bus shows Adriana arrived at school on Friday, but her friends said she then left because she wasn’t feeling well, WXYZ reported. The video showed her returning to the school around noon but not entering the building. Her phone was “found on the tennis court” outside the high school and turned over to police, according to her brother, Anthony Lopez. Adriana is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. She was wearing black Ugg boots before she disappeared, according to a missing person’s poster.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 734-994-2911. “When I found out that Addy was potentially missing, I knew right away that she didn’t run away,” her brother told WXYZ. “The red flag for me was the phone.” Ann Arbor is about 40 miles west of Detroit.

With tears in their eyes, Anthony Lopez, Michael Sugano and John Davidson sat together on a family sofa to talk about their missing 15-year-old sister and daughter, Adriana Davidson. John Davidson told 7 Action News that the last time he heard from his daughter, who they call “Addy,” was when he left to catch the Ann Arbor public bus, “The Ride.”

When Addy didn’t come home Friday afternoon, he called and texted her, she always texts him back, but on Friday she didn’t. “Let’s what? Day 2 now? Her This is not my daughter,” Davidson said. Davidson said that when Addy didn’t answer her Friday afternoon, she began to worry, called her friends and went to her school, but she was nowhere to be found. By midnight Friday, when he still couldn’t find her, he contacted the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Department.

Adriana Davidson Missing girl’s phone discovered outside high school

Derrick Jackson, Director of Community Engagement for the Washtenaw Sheriff’s Office, told 7 Action News: “There are definitely some fishy pieces to this.” Jackson said that by using video of a public bus, the sheriff’s office was able to find out that Addy came to school Friday morning, but she left soon after, friends of hers saying she wasn’t feeling well. According to Jackson, the video from the bus shows Addy returning to the school around noon on Friday, she never went inside and that was the last time she was seen.

When asked if they had any idea where she went, Jackson replied, “We have no idea right now, which is why we’re asking for the public’s help.” One of Addy’s best friends told Addy’s brother, Anthony Lopez, that she saw Addy leaving school on Friday. He told Lopez that he texted Addy and shared a screenshot of the text with Lopez.

Lopez told 7 Action News; “The texts between her and her friend are timestamped at 12:26 PM, where she texted my sister saying ‘Are you straight?’ and then Addy responded by saying ‘No’.”

This text is the last anyone has heard from Addy. You can read the text for yourself in the video above, it implies that Addy was tired, she never responds after her friend asks “Wym?” Addy’s cell phone was allegedly found Friday afternoon on the Pioneer High School tennis courts by a student who later gave the phone to Addy’s best friend.

The phone is now in police custody. The forgotten phone is a big concern for both the family and the sheriff’s office. When she was asked if she suspected foul play, John Davidson said: “Yes, I do.” Lopez said: “When I found out that Addy might be missing, I knew right away that she didn’t run away. The red flag for me was the phone.” Jackson said: “What teenager just walks away and leaves her phone and doesn’t communicate with anyone?”

According to Jackson, Addy was last seen Friday at noon wearing a green coat, black Ugg boots and clear glasses. The family spent all of Sunday handing out missing persons fliers for the 15-year-old in Ann Arbor.
