York County deputies are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman who has not been seen since April 1. The York County Sheriff’s Office said Amanda Brooke Karraker, 34, was last seen on New Sugaree Town Drive in Rock Hill on April 1. She is believed to have left her home after an argument between 3 and 7:30 p.m. Agents said Karraker left her purse, phone and other personal belongings.

Amanda Brooke found dead

Karraker is described as a white female who is approximately 5 feet tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has blue eyes and brown hair. York County deputies said she is known to frequent the vape shop on Celanese Road, next to a Dunkin Donuts in Rock Hill.

The body of a woman was found near where she was last seen more than a month earlier, authorities said. Amanda Brooke Karraker, who had been missing since April 1, was found on May 5 on Sturgis Road in Rock Hill, the York County Sheriff’s Office stated in a news release. There was no indication of foul play.

According to agents, Karraker was last seen on New Sugaree Town Drive, which is near the area where her body was discovered. The sheriff’s office believes Karraker left the home between 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. after getting into an argument.Read More……
