Just two weeks before his tragic death on Monday, Angus Cloud paid tribute to his late father on Instagram in one of his latest social media posts. Euphoria, 25, was found dead at her family’s home in Oakland on Monday. That the actor was said to have ‘severe suicidal thoughts’ after the death of his father. The actor had recently returned from Ireland, where he buried his father, and sources indicated that he was staying with his family in Oakland to try to grieve the death of his father.
One of the actor’s latest Instagram posts came on July 14, where he posted a smiling photo of his father of him in a red hoodie and red sweats, which read in the caption, ‘I miss you. ‘. He also posted a video from 2016 and another music video before his final post on July 18, showing off his 18-karat white gold grillz, which was tagged in Dublin, Ireland.
Little is known about Cloud’s father and how he passed away, reports say Cloud took the loss very seriously and was staying with his family in Oakland, where he grew up, to try to grieve. The Oakland Police and Fire Department responded to a 911 call made by Cloud’s mother, who reported a “possible overdose,” TMZ reported.
She also said that Cloud did not have a pulse, and that the actor was pronounced dead at the scene when first responders arrived. The actor’s family confirmed his death in a statement Monday afternoon, which began: “It is with the heaviest of hearts that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human being today.” As an artist, friend, brother and son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.”

The model, who appeared briefly in an episode of the second season of Euphoria, shared a somber message on her Instagram Stories after the news broke. However, she made no reference to the late actor, nor did she even include any text. Instead, Martin shared a black background on her Instagram Stories and placed a set of seven red broken heart emojis in a row.
Sydney’s post was posted just minutes after Cloud was reported dead. Around the time she shared her heartbreak, she also deleted some more upbeat posts from Instagram Stories, according to In Touch. Martin appeared in the season two premiere of Euphoria, titled Trying To Get To Heaven Before They Close The Door. She was credited in the episode simply as “bikini girl,” according to her IMDb page.
Her other acting work includes an uncredited role as a restaurant patron on the FX series Snowfall, as well as another uncredited character described simply as Hot Pocket on the Netflix coming-of-age comedy Never Have I Ever. Gossip blog DeuxMoi had previously claimed through anonymous reports that Cloud and Martin were dating.
Though they hadn’t confirmed her relationship, Sydney shared mirror selfies of her and Angus beaming as he put a hand around her neck on Jan. 7, 2022, captioning, “Euphoria out in 2 days.” A photo of her also showed her giving her rumored boyfriend a sweet kiss on her cheek.
