The Escambia County Courthouse’s public website no longer appears to allow document requests for the case. The arrest report obtained by the television station states that the defendant and the victim were talking on a bed when Pritchett allegedly began to force himself on the woman. The woman, in turn, pushed Pritchett and told him that he did not want to engage in any sexual activity, she told police.
