The investigation revealed that Alejandro met the girl on social media and communicated with her online.”

Why George Alejandro was sot by police

According to the documents, Alejandro admitted to his crimes. Smith said: “During an interview with the suspect, he admitted to detectives that he picked up the victim near her school in Hitchcock and took her to a hotel where he had sex with her throughout the day.”

After concluding the investigation, police charged Alejandro with sexual assault of a child, a first degree felony, and obtained a warrant for his arrest. Officers tracked Alejandro to an area of southeast Houston and attempted to stop traffic when he fled the scene, prompting a brief chase into the parking lot of a local business.

He made it verbally clear that he had no intention of going to jail. He then got out of his vehicle with a weapon that “raised the officers”, prompting two Hitchcock police officers to fire an unknown number of shots at him. No officers were injured during the shooting.

As a matter of procedure, the two officers involved in the incident, whose names have not been released, are on administrative leave while the shooting is investigated. The Houston Police Department and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office have now taken over the investigation.Read More……
