Jordan Neely cause of death

Video of the altercation was posted online by an independent journalist named Juan Alberto Vázquez, which also showed another passenger holding Neely’s arms while another person held Neely’s shoulder. Emergency services and police arrived after the train stopped at a station. Neely was rushed to Lenox Hill Hospital and was pronounced dead shortly thereafter. His death has now been ruled a homicide caused by neck compression, DailyMail reports.
