Authorities say the 24-year-old fugitive came to Arkansas to verify details of the physical fitness test. After his arrival, officers say there were “discrepancies in his physical appearance from his background check.” After police further investigated Carter’s story, they found his true identity and a national warrant for his arrest in Georgia.

The officers allowed Carter to take the fitness test and detained him right after he completed the test. Police said he was wanted for a probation violation in Georgia. After his arrest, he is awaiting transportation back to Georgia. Read More……..
