Lucio Diaz Wiki – Lucio Diaz Biography

A janitor accused of giving incurable herpes to 13 female co-workers after rubbing his penis inside their water bottles is being sued for $1 million. Lucio Diaz, 50, was caught on video putting his genitals into water bottles belonging to women at the doctor’s office where he worked in East Houston.

A lawsuit filed Thursday confirmed that he is being sued by 13 women who have subsequently tested positive for “incurable sexually transmitted diseases that will affect their lives forever.” he had also committed the crime at his former workplaces. However, he denied knowing that he had chlamydia and herpes simplex virus 1, the latter of which is incurable and causes cold sores.

Lawyers said the grisly act had simply become part of his ‘daily cleansing ritual’. The plaintiffs are seeking damages from Diaz, his employer, the building’s owners and the building’s property management company. Office employees became suspicious of Diaz after noticing that water bottles and dispensers in the office were often filled with yellow liquid and gave off a foul odor.

A woman, identified by police as M.A., complained to her doctor and a urinalysis confirmed that her water bottle contained traces of urine. Then M.A. he installed spy cameras that captured the janitor sneaking into his office and deliberately rubbing his genitals on his water bottle. They alerted the managers of the building where he worked but it took six days to notify other offices.

Meanwhile, Diaz, who claims he didn’t know he had an STD, was caught doing it again with another employee’s water bottle. Lawyers said this move gave Diaz “free rein” to commit another assault, meaning more people came into contact with his bodily fluids. He was arrested on October 5 and charged with ‘aggravated assault: bodily injury with a deadly weapon’. He later tested positive for STDs.

Court records show Diaz was granted a $75,000 bond after his arrest. The lawsuit was initially filed on behalf of four women, but nine others have since been filed. They are being represented by the law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner.

One of the victims said in a statement released to the Sacramento Bee: “I can no longer leave my water bottles anywhere or my glasses at a party… because I don’t want anyone to get what I have because a monster decided to do what he did to me without my consent.

‘But what hurts me the most is that every time my babies want to kiss me I have to turn my face and tell them kiss mommy on the forehead or I have to kiss my babies on the back and not on the cheeks… they are too much little ones to understand what happened to their mommy.

M.A. also spoke to ABC-13 when Diaz was first arrested, though her face was hidden to protect her identity. “This guy is a sick man,” she said. I want this to go to trial. I want him exposed for what he is, and I want him to pay for what he’s done to me and then have him deported.’Read More….
