The employee got into a physical altercation with him who allegedly fired after another worker came out of the building and startled him.

Sajbocho-Ordonez allegedly tried to flee the scene, but slipped on a frozen patch and hit his head. Witnesses were able to take two weapons from him until the police arrived and detained Sajbocho-Ordóñez.
