A judge has thrown out a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson alleging that he sexually, psychologically and physically abused his ex-girlfriend.

Ashley Morgan Smithline claimed that Manson, whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner, committed her alleged abuse of her during their two-year relationship that began in 2010.

She was previously represented by Jay Ellwanger, but her attorney withdrew her representation after she Smithline allegedly sent him a series of bizarre text messages in which she stated that she no longer wanted him to be her attorney. .

The court granted Ellwanger’s motion to withdraw her representation as counsel for Smithline on October 5, 2021.

Court documents reviewed by MailOnline indicate that Smithline did not file a response within the date required by the order.

“The court, therefore, DISMISSES this action notwithstanding the plaintiff’s failure to pursue the action,” the documents read.

In his deposition in court last year, Manson denied the allegations made by Smithline and accused Wood, another of her exes, of launching a smear campaign against her.

“I understand that around February 1, 2021, Wood posted on Instagram that I was her abuser, and shortly thereafter, several other women simultaneously came up with false public accusations against me of abuse, assault, rape, threats, trafficking and the like.” he told the court.
