Michael Lama Wiki – Michael Lama Biography

An Iowa Park man has been convicted of sexual assault of a child and sentenced to 12 years in prison. A Wichita County grand jury returned an indictment against Michael Lama in February 2022, and Lama pleaded guilty Friday in 30th District Court. Lama was accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy in February 2021.

Michael Lama accused of sexual assuilt of a child

The boy told a forensic interviewer at Patsy’s House Children’s Advocacy Center that he regularly skipped school to drink alcohol and go to the casino with Lama and another adult, according to the allegations in an arrest warrant affidavit.

The boy was with him at the casino the day he won a $1,300 jackpot, according to the complaints. After Lama won the jackpot, the Clay County boy went with him to a hotel in Wichita Falls where the incident occurred, according to the complaints. Lama could have been sentenced to up to 20 years in prison. He gets credit for 306 days already served in jail.Read More……
