Narciso Cruz Banos Wiki – Narciso Cruz Banos Biography
A 49-year-old husband is in serious legal jeopardy after he allegedly tied up and beat a 32-year-old man to death over the weekend in Texas. Narciso Cruz Baños allegedly discovered that Francisco Antonio Serrano Romero was having an affair with his wife Francisca Salazar Carrizales, 42, and on Saturday “tied Claimant’s arms with straps and a belt and hit Claimant on the head, face and the body with the hands, feet and with a blunt object of the defendant”, and killed the man, according to the criminal complaint.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said authorities found a body Saturday in a “separate structure” at 11555 Ezekiel Rd. in Banos. property in Tomball after a woman, Romero’s wife, applied for a welfare check.
“Romero had been reported missing by a family member and he was last known to be at Ezekiel’s address,” the sheriff’s office said. KHOU reported that Romero’s wife called police after he sounded injured during a phone call. Romero reportedly said he would stay at his boss’s house Thursday night and then go to work the next day.

Charges on Narciso Cruz Banos
When that didn’t happen, the woman called Baños on the phone. The defendant allegedly admitted to pistol-whipping Romero and disclosed the matter to the man’s wife. After investigators arrived on scene, they found Romero dead and a scene similar to Dexter’s inside a “separate structure.” “Agents located a separate structure on the property and found what appeared to be a human body, wrapped in plastic, secured with duct tape, within the structure,” authorities added. That structure appears to be a shipping container.
The defendants, who appear not to be US citizens, were described as Houston-area electricity business associates and parents of 11- and 12-year-old children. Banos was booked Sunday on charges of murder, aggravated kidnapping and tampering with evidence, meaning a human corpse. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said Banos’s wife, Francisca Carrizales, was also charged with tampering with a human corpse and booked into the Harris County Jail.
Baños’ bail conditions say he will be subject to 24-hour electronic surveillance and house arrest, except for work, school, court or necessary medical treatment. He is ordered to have no contact with his co-defendant wife and is not allowed to drink alcohol (court documents describe alcohol as a “factor in this crime”). Harris County court records show Banos has a DWI on his record dating back to 1997. There was also an arrest in 2020 in neighboring Montgomery County for a second DWI offense. Records show Banos pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge in that case in 2021.Read More…….
