A viral TikTok video taken by a concerned neighbor led to the arrest of a Macon woman on child cruelty charges. Samrria Mona White, 27, was charged with first-degree cruelty to a child on Wednesday. The video then appears to show White dragging her daughter by her hair through the grass. Agents initially say White denied her claims, but told her the incident was caught on camera. According to the police report, doctors say White’s daughter had redness on her chest and was beginning to bruise. She was taken to an area hospital to be checked out.
