Obscenity-laden police body camera footage obtained by Law & Crime shows the arrest of an Indiana woman for allegedly burning an American flag and replacing it with a green and white flag of the Islamic State (ISIS) group. The video shows Sierra Justice Malloy using insults and threatening officers with beheading while she is detained in front of a business Sunday in Evansville.
Malloy, 43, was booked into the Vanderburgh County jail Sunday morning on charges of trespassing, criminal mischief, intimidation and flag desecration, online jail records show. She was being held on a $1,500 bond.

Charges on Sierra Malloy
Malloy is seen handcuffed in footage outside the business and can be heard making threats, cursing, constantly beeping at her, and using insults at her as police arrest her and authorities remove an ISIS flag from a pole.

An affidavit obtained by the Evansville Courier & Press says a 911 caller told authorities grass was burning about 6 to 10 feet from the building. “Sierra claimed to be ISIS and continued to utter homophobic slurs at officers on the scene,” the affidavit read, the newspaper reported. “Sierra claimed that the ISIS handle of hers was Lori D. Franklin.”

The newspaper reported that a public Facebook account that goes by Malloy’s assumed pseudonym features conspiratorial content covering the COVID-19 vaccine, “#WhiteLivesMatter,” “justice” for participants in the deadly riot at the US Capitol, and hashtags associated with the QAnon movement. In one post, Lori D. Franklin’s account shared an image of a Nazi-style swastika with the caption: “Be the light,” the newspaper reported.Read More…….
