Unfortunately, there are witnesses who saw parts, but not all of the interaction.”

The police chief added during that press conference that her investigators spoke to a “substantial” number of witnesses and reviewed surveillance footage to determine that there was “definitely” intent on Bradley’s behalf that day. “It’s really hard to present that at this point, because we don’t have all the evidence, and I don’t want to contaminate the investigation by revealing that too soon,” she said.
