Tiger Woods split from his girlfriend Erica Herman when she took him to court over an NDA that she claims she was forced to sign, according to a new report. Woods, 47, and Herman, 38, began dating in 2017 but have not been seen together in public since the US Open tennis tournament in August last year. Now, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Herman now says the NDA is being misapplied to him, citing the Speak Out Act. The Act provides that an NDA is unenforceable if it is agreed to prior to a dispute involving sexual assault or sexual harassment.

And Herman said in the documents that a private trust run by Woods is pressuring her to keep quiet and join the NDA. Herman alleges that she was forced to sign the NDA early in the couple’s relationship, in August 2017. TMZ said Woods’ ex was “eager to share her experiences” with the golf icon. It is unclear if Herman is making any accusations.

Woods played just nine competitive rounds in 2022 after a major car accident left him with fractures to both his tibia and fibula, as well as ankle damage that nearly required amputation.
