Following the horrific attack and death two days later, more than 200 students protested against the school through an all-day strike at the school, demanding immediate action from the authorities and skipping class. The huge group of students have been trying to bring the bullying to the school’s attention which has been repeatedly ignored.

Sophomore Román Valez said: “Adriana took her own life because no one at school could help or care or intervene.
