PENNSYLVANIA: A rape survivor described the horrible ordeal she went through at the hands of her abductor, who tortured her while keeping her chained in his basement. When Alicia “Kozak” Kozakiewicz was just 13 years old, she spent four days confined to a bed, being beaten mercilessly and sexually assaulted.

She was abducted from the Pittsburgh home of her parents and taken to the sick captor’s residence in Virginia. Before attacking and abusing her for days, he tied her to the bed and put a dog collar over her neck. Twenty years later, recalling the terrifying experiences, she told Fox News, “He put a locking dog collar around my neck and dragged me to his dungeon and raped me.”
