The indictment states that the sexual assault charges against So stem from him “unlawfully, knowingly, and criminally” engaging in “sexual contact with a minor child” at a time when So “knew or had reason to know in the time of such contact that the minor child did not give consent.” Prosecutors further alleged that So “sexually penetrated” the victim who “did not give her consent,” and in doing so “caused bodily injury to the minor,” according to the aggravated rape charge.
