WASHINGTON: A man identified as Shawn Jemtegaard who was fatally shot in a road rage incident in Lacey, Washington, left behind his wife and six children, including a Berkeley college football star son. Jemtegaard, 42, was reportedly stopped by pizza delivery boy Aaron Patrick Costello, 48, in traffic when the two got into a verbal and physical altercation.
