Joiner and Obando shared two young daughters together. Local NBC 2 News reports that Joiner has been ordered to have no further contact with the children or the Obando family. Brayan Obando, Hayzel’s sister, told WINK this week that her nieces were “absolutely happy” after Joiner was sentenced.
