CONNECTICUT: A 14-year-old student was allegedly sexually assaulted by his school’s lunch lady, who sent him nude photos and videos of her.  Andie Rosafort a former lunch attendant at New Fairfield, is accused of sending the teen explicit content via Snapchat and Instagram for six months and engaging in sexual activity with him.

Rosafort 31, reportedly asked the young man, “Do you want to watch something?” before sending him the first nude photo of her. After learning on January 17 that Rosafort and the minor had engaged in sexual activity, the New Fairfield Police Department began investigating the claims, according to the Daily Mail. The survivor’s friend informed her parents, who later They called the police to report the alleged sexual assault.

The affidavit said that after Rosafort sent her the first explicit image, she sent him another of herself when she asked if she had been sent in error, according to Dailystar. She is also accused of sending videos of herself touching herself, along with other sexts. She reportedly asked the teen to send her nude photos as well. The teen said Rosafort sent him videos of him playing games and going to her sporting events.

Rosafort and the survivor were present at the scene of the alleged sexual assaults, according to evidence collected by police. Investigators said Rosafort’s phone contained a shirtless photo of the victim.

The survivor had been at a party when he informed his friends that he had to leave because he needed to see his family, according to the affidavit obtained by WTNH. His friends thought something was wrong. When he returned, his friends thought he was “acting weird.” When asked, he revealed what had happened to Rosafort and said that he “left the party to have sex with a woman.”

Rosafort surrendered in February and posted $100,000 bail. He was allowed to go on the condition that he would not interact with any minors other than his own children. He is no longer allowed to use social networks. Rosafort, who had previously been told to limit her relationships with young people, quit her part-time job at the school when the charges became public, according to Newstimes.

She has been charged with several crimes, including second-degree sexual assault and using a computer to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity, injury or risk of injury, or detriment to a minor. She has pleaded not guilty and will appear in court on March 23.Read More…..
