A 31-year-old woman has been charged in connection with a fatal collision that killed a 13-month-old boy on Friday, January 27. The Milwaukee Police Department said Antwineesha Burse was driving a white Pontiac that collided with a green Dodge. Caravan on Friday around 11:30 p.m.,
