The suspect, identified as 45-year-old Charles Robert, lives on Paddington Place, the same street where the shooting occurred, Annapolis Police Chief Ed Jackson told reporters later Monday, FOX45 Baltimore reported.

Police said a long gun and a semi-automatic weapon were used in what was described as an “interpersonal dispute.” bJackson said the three murder victims were Hispanic men, ages 25, 27 and 55. The conditions of the surviving victims are unknown, police said one person was taken to a trauma center.
The names of the victims and their families were not immediately released. Numerous police cars were seen in the residential area where the shooting occurred south of the city center and near the waterfront.
