He said Leyrer also smuggled a cell phone into the jail “so she could have phone sex” with the inmates, adding that she made more than 350 calls to the inmates in December.

Swanson said Leyrer broke down in tears when he told her how “disappointed” he was in her after her arrest, saying she told him she had “low self-esteem” and that inmates had “groomed” her. Swanson said that he began to justify her actions due to grooming her in a similar way to how she does an addict. She remains in custody on a $20,000 bond. Swanson promised that she would not quit IGNITE “because of a drug dealer.”
