A Texas woman was shot in the head and killed in her car Monday when her husband turned an erratic driver around and the man fired multiple shots at her vehicle. Paola Nunez Linares, 37, and her husband were driving in Hurst, a city that is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, shortly after 9 p.m. Monday when he was shot, police said.

First responders found Linares with a gunshot wound to the head and rushed her to an area hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said. Zane Jones, the husband of the slain woman, said he was driving her minivan when he flipped over a car he was driving aggressively, trying to push her car off the road.
