The 44-year-old man from Lebanon is currently facing a new charge for each offence. According to court documents reviewed by Law & Crime Show, he faces charges of third-degree child molestation of a victim under the age of 14, statutory sodomy or attempted sodomy, second-degree child molestation of a victim under the age of 12, and intercourse. sex with a person under the age of 12.

The first case of the new charges alleged that Kincheloe abused a nine-year-old girl while he groped the girl while she was at her home. The event occurred in February 2021 when the girl was with her 11-year-old sister at her home. The second case against Kincheloe reportedly accuses him of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl.
