Jeffrey Epstein Wiki – Jeffrey Epstein Biography

Two women filed separate lawsuits against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, accusing him of sexually assaulting them during massage sessions. The financier’s estate has been sued under the Adult Survivors Act (ASA).

This litigation is considered the first to be brought against the estate of the sex offender under the ASA.

Under the ASA, survivors will be provided a one-year window for cases deemed too old to be brought to court. Ten other lawsuits, including the cases of Jennifer Aroaz and several unidentified victims, have been filed under the Child Victims Act, the New York Post reports.

According to court documents, the victims are identified in the documents only as Mia Doe and Naomi Doe. Both victims claimed they were hired by a young woman to provide massage services for Epstein at his Manhattan mansion.

The New York Post reported that in 2003, Mia Doe was hired at the age of 18, while Naomi was hired in 2005 at the age of 20, according to court documents. Both victims accused Epstein of sexually abusing them while they were giving him massages.

Although Mia Doe claimed that she managed to escape the pedophile’s control and never returned, Naomi Deo, then 20, claimed that she was abused 10 times. With no damages specified, lawsuits filed by both victims have named the billionaire’s estate as the sole defendant.

MEAWW previously reported that Epstein was arrested a second time on July 16, 2019, on federal charges of child sex trafficking and transfer of children for prostitution. The sex offender oversaw trafficking in Florida and New York.

On August 10, 2019, Epstein was found dead in his cell. The billionaire hanged himself in his jail cell, according to a medical examiner. Following his death, the judge dismissed his criminal charges on August 29, 2019, precluding the possibility of filing federal charges against him.

With much protest and argument surrounding Epstein’s case, many people believed that the financier did not receive the punishment he deserved as he trafficked minors for the most prominent sex offenders. From politicians like Bill Clinton to business agents and influential Hollywood connections, Epstein reportedly had a large circle of famous people.
